Return Policy

At customer service and repeat customers are our #1 goal. We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with every order. However, because of the ease in which media is duplicated, we cannot allow returns or refunds on DVD's.


You may exchange (DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY) for the same titled item.


If you receive a defective item, you must within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date, send us an email at and type "Defective Item" in the subject line to notify us that you will be sending the item back. Please note your invoice number, name, address, and the issue(s) you are having with your item. Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with a return authorization and the following additional instructions.

When shipping your item back to us, please take care in making sure that your package is properly protected (i.e. padded envelope) and that you utilize mail tracking to ensure the item reaches us. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail, returned to the wrong address, etc. We cannot process your exchange if we do not receive the defective item back.

* Special notice for items rejected or returned by a correctional facility or institution:
If an item is rejected and returned to us, we will issue you an in-store credit only for the purchase price of the returned item(s), minus shipping. We will not know that the item has been returned to us until it has been mailed back by the facility/institution and received by us with a rejection letter. Please note that it can take up to several weeks or months for a rejected item to reach it's way back to us. In the event an order is not returned to us, we do not issue any credit or refund. cannot be responsible for shipments that are confiscated, lost, or disposed of by a correctional facility or institution.
